Add some color under your Unique-ARs handguard. Made to slide under your handguard, the Unique-ARs heat shield will mitigate handguard temperature while giving you a cool aesthetic. Choose barrel length, handguard length, gas system length, color and paint break options, and end cap thread size.

Our Heat Shields utilize our Original AR-15 castle bolt and your barrel threads to add a pop of color to any build.

Set: Add Items To Your Bundle.

Next, is to assemble your bundle by scanning the different gear options. If it's a cleaning kit you're building, you may see a variety of options for brush calibers, solvents, and even cleaning pads. The gear options are shown in tiles and you simply need to click “Add to Bundle” for the items you need. Additional gear information will appear if you click the 'i' in the top left of the gear tile. Keep in mind, the more gear you select, the more you save. And as you grow the number of items in your bundle your discount will be shown in the top right of the screen. Here's how discounting works:

Product Description

Heat shields install by sliding under the Original Series Handguard and over the AR-15 castle bolt, and are tightened down to the barrel with the included end cap that will replace your muzzle brake. Handguard length, barrel length, length of gas system, and color specification required. Heat shields are made to fit the barrel lengths pictured below.

Only compatible with barrels of these exact lengths, and low profile gas blocks that are same width and length as the ones available on this website.

Pocket length for gas block on heat shields are as follows:

Pistol 5.5″ from the face of the upper.
Carbine  8.5″ from the face of the upper.
Midlength 10.5″ from the face of the upper.
Rifle length 13.5″ from the face of the upper.
Barrel measurements are from the front face of the upper receiver to the end of the muzzle threads.

**Not compatible with the Slim, Dolos, or AR-10 handguards. Muzzle devices are not compatible with heat shields.
