With this extension installed, make your Ruger Security 9 a 20+1 Round EDC.

 

This comes with two back pieces - one shorter back piece that allows for the hammer spring cap on the bottom of the grip module, and another longer back piece that fills the gap when the hammer spring cap is removed.

 

Does not fit the Ruger Security9 15 round magazine.
